TV
appeared artiste stage show (pictures here).
The price includes all lighting, sound, production: Professional TV appeared
singer plus any extra equipment and support required for such a performance.
Including lighting, stage monitors, follow spots, extra high frequency cordless
radio microphones, reverb unit, sound mixing studio with CD Players, Mini
Disk Players, sound engineer, compere, all cables and wiring.
Performers large stage with free standing crush velvet backdrops up to 40ft: Complete stage at least 4m x 2m. Plus 4m x 4m decorative crush velvet stage backdrop. Up to 2.4m x 12m of matching crush velvet free standing side wings. Stage side skirts. Possibly T stage space permitting.
Two video screen package: Completely setup with operating crew throughout the event. Includes 2 x high power LCD video projectors, 2 front or rear 6ft x 4ft projection screens, 2 projector stands, 1 video and sound mixing distribution unit, 1 four way video signal amplifier, 2 LCD video monitors, 2 VHS video player/recorders, 1 DVD player, 1 Sony camera, 1 fluid head 3m camera tripod, 1 camera follow spot, 1 standby follow spot, 1 pistol grip camera remote zoom, 1 cameraman ladder, all cables and connectors.
Trucking, fuel, man hours and any overnight: Generally a full event crew and equipment transport via 7.5 tonne sleeper truck. Cost includes crew hours travelling to events including all diesel and vehicle cost. Crew expenses for overnight stops caused by limit of drivers hours to include wages and crew expenses.
Car launch effects: A choice of special effects launch modules can be found here. Each effect comes complete with a set up crew who are familiar with the operation of that particular effect. Most effects include special sound recordings, lighting, indoor pyrotechnics and specialist effects to launch the new car. Prices upon request.
Paparazzi press reception: TV style camera crew interviewing prospects on arrival. Plus photographer. Transmissions to video screens. Prospects are interviewed upon arrival 'Hollywood Style' about their current car buying thoughts with a name being collected. This information is then passed onto the sales team via the VHS tape.
Entrance canopy: This is a 4m x 4m illuminated hotel style entrance. Customers may walk under or drive under to drop off and collect. Especially in poor weather. Normally required if you are considering the Paparazzi Reception or need to draw attention to a specific entrance
Concierge: Top hat and tail gentleman for a welcoming reception. These are normally contracted locally and often seen at top class hotels to welcome and opening car doors for customers.
Test drive incentives: Our own cheques/vouchers toward a holiday. These are our own product style into a cheque book. The vouchers do not suffer from constraints such as minimum spends or restrictive holidays. These unique incentives are used to assist appointments. But, only 'after' live prospects have been identified.
Skylights: These powerful lights project hundreds of focused light beams into the night sky. According to weather condition the lights can often be seen from some distance. Skylights both attract attention without noise and add impact to the fact that customers are arriving at a special event.
Fireworks finale finish: The only way to create a definite finish to a great evening. All our shows are sky based and fired within a 5 minute time frame to music. All shows have very little fallout enabling us to work in very confined spaces. Even city centres.
Charity fund raiser: Horse racing (requires our video screens) is just one of the many very compact ways to connect your event with a local charity. Good PR and a lot of fun as part of the evening. Other fund raising ideas are available.
Car turntables: These units slowly turn a car and are barely visible under the car. They are delivered, set-up and taken away at the end of each event. However, an opportunity to purchase or continue to hire is available.
Car tilter: These units enable us to tip a car completely on it's side in your showroom. Ideal to show off that new suspension design or galvanise floor pan
Car stages: Drive up powerless seesaw ramps that instantly put any car up at eye level. These can be used at entrances, in showrooms, at shopping a centre or summer shows. More information available here.
Curtain showroom windows: We use black polyester drapes which fix directly to showroom glass avoiding any damage to showroom decoration. The result is an extremely neat look together with a universal style of fixing that overcomes any obstacles.
Human robots and statues: Often seen at major exhibitions. We use only the best and most professional artist. Robots normally welcome customers stand for photographs and entertain guest during the initial warm up period of your evening. Artist are briefed on various aspects of the product so they may prepare their act accordingly. Statues are very realistic with costumes from the Sprit Of Ecstasy to Stone or Marble.
Live
band: (pictures here): These are always professional
live musicians. Quality tribute bands to the likes of Beatles, Queen, Bill
Hayley & The Comets can all come at slightly higher cost than single artists.
Each group of musicians have a unique act and often travel great distances.
However, the end result is always worth the extra spend.
Jazz Band: Maybe a little old fashioned and not exactly a 'draw' on an invitation. However, for laid back cheese & wine evenings requiring a background feel, both Jazz Bands and String Quartet's still have a place.
'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire show: This event is showing huge success at dealer events. We include a full specially built stage set. Computer graphics are displayed on 6ft screens and your own car questions can be included with general questions similar to the TV show. We install over ten thousand pounds of lighting effects, stage, video monitors, sound effects and more. This is a professionally built set. Prospective clients should be aware of poor imitations. Requires video screens & stage.
Fashion shows: Full stage and production set. This includes catwalk, lights, follow spots, stage entrance, changing screens, music and compere are included in this single price. However, the cost of the fashion show itself is a separate issue. Time permitting a joint venture with a local fashion store who wish to show off their clothes is often the best way forward. Also, considering the long term relationships today's dealers aim to cement, wedding fairs are also viable.
Casino tables: Our Casino's are of the highest quality with professional croupiers, casino manager, mood lighting. Tables are professional heavy approved casino tables and not mock ups. A choice of Black Jack, Dice, Roulette, Poker and Wheel of Fortune are available. Bespoke funny money and prizes can also be arranged.
Full colour invitations: The most important part of the promotion is the quality of the invitation and the initial perception portrayed. The aim is to have as many completed RSVPs returned as possible. With no expense spared our price includes proven but bespoke design services. Our years of experience seeing thousands of differing responses. These invitations are A4 size, z folded, 300gsm card, printed in full colour both sides before being laminated on the face side to give a stunning glossy finish. NB. We are unable to guarantee your attendance results unless we provide invitations & data.
Two colour invitations: Similar to full colour except these are printed on 280gsm ultra white board with gold & black print only. Again the price includes all design, creasing, scans, and delivery to your dealership.
Two colour headed letters: The invitation portrays a visually an exciting event. The letter is an introduction and portrays our message to the prospect. Like the invitations our stock letters have been designed by professionals. They have been well tested over many years to ensure we obtain the highest results number of sales leads.
Local managing directors data: Taken directly from Companies House records. Considering the legal obligation upon limited company directors this is the most accurate and up to date company buyer data available today. We simply require a selection of your chosen post codes to refine only those managing directors with a higher net worth. Those who obviously purchase one, if not many company vehicles.
Automotive lifestyle data: The Automotive Database is a specialist database created by all three of the UK's top data companies. We are able to specify car group, car type, car age, post codes and personal information. The data is produced ready to use on event invitations.
Envelopes £20 per 1,000 delivered: Just to show that we provide everything & leave nothing to chance. These are the correct style of white self seal window envelopes for our style of invitations. Delivered to your door with your invitations.
Bar service: Our prices include good quality red and white house wines (higher qualities upon request), fruit juices, soft drinks, glasses, ashtrays and all equipment. We provide snax such as peanuts, crisp, cheese biscuits. This total service includes purpose built bar units for a total professional look. Plus, we clear up.
Bar staff: Under instruction from our own Bar Manager we use only professionally dressed agency bar staff. One per each hundred attendee's + one extra will be required. If you require 'roaming waitresses' this figure should be doubled. However, we have found that huge benefits can exist if sales staff are requested to roam with 'top ups'. These benefits will be explained upon request.
