I write on behalf of Hancock Ford at Redhill, Surrey and our neighbouring site in Horsham.

Both of these sites, on simultaneous nights, experienced Showroom Events & Promotions unique launches for the 'Focus' in our showrooms. Both nights were brilliant!

Your staff organised everything to such clinical perfection that everything went without a hitch.

Initially concerned about the high response your companies invitation had created we took advice about handling the numbers who were due to attend at both sites. The contingency plans suggested worked perfectly and hundreds of customers had wonderful evenings.

Both dealers have had no end of test drives and have also made many appointments.

The video screens provided showed off both events including some terrific special effects which really did focus all eyes on "The New Ford Focus" as it lifted high into the air from its hidden position The intense firework finale's at the end of each event was a nice touch and rounded off both evenings perfectly.

Again please express my sincere thanks to both teams who worked so hard to stage the best dealership car launch we have ever experienced
