Just a quick note to thank you and your staff for a great event recently.

The invitations certainly created the sales leads you promised. From just over 500 sent out, we had almost 200 people attending and those unable to attend completed and returned the tear-off invitation card. This process enabled us to follow up prospects that missed the event showing the incentives had the effect suggested.

We were delighted with the way your staff took over the flow with the commentary, speeches and prize draws all running on time and allowing us the freedom to enjoy the show with our customers. The extra unrequested work that your team put into the launch was very much appreciated, the light structure made all the difference. We were as amazed as our customers when we saw and heard thunder and lightening as Arbie The Robot broke through the smoke, followed by the cars.
