Thank you for your letter dated 20th March. Please accept my apologies for not replying to your requests sooner.

As mentioned in our telephone conversation all customers and staff had a wonderful evening. Your company delivered everything as promised on time and in a cheerful manner. The full event was the best we have had.

We have not however had as much success in converting the leads on the night in to sales as previous open nights, which on reflection makes the evening enjoyable but costly.
