Just a short note to say how pleased we were with Arbie the Robot last evening. His performance was absolutely superb.

He initially greeted our guests for the first three quarters of an hour, had a short break and he then re-appeared and actually launched the car with us. He then stayed on in character for photo-calls and then continued to amuse, amaze and entertain our guests. He was exceptionally goad value and in human clothes was an extremely pleasant and helpful individual.

From a staff feedback meeting this morning it would appear that my opinion is echoed by all who came into contact with him yesterday. I would thoroughly recommend him for any future events. I am only pleased I received your original mail shot.
