Events is a company which specialises in 'car showroom events' within the
automotive industry.
We captured the Number One name when the web
evolved and come up at the number one slot on all search engines.
Showroom Events was devised over 20 years ago
after we realised the 6,000+ new car showrooms in the UK had very little
specialist knowledge or assistance to launch new cars in an exciting manner
within the local showroom.
Sales staff were not experienced at attracting

local agency staff to serve all the free drinks. So that just takes two phone
calls...... one for wine, one for staff.

normally given the job and simply sub contract over the phone to a local
catering company. Again, margins are good.
Print - A turnkey
operation in the supply of invitation print, mailing service, target data on
car buyers to invite. All with good margins - all dealt with by email
LAUNCH EFFECTS CAR REVEAL
Various complete 'one wheeled case per car
launch effect'. Just let the dealer choose his launch and load the kit on the
tail lift with normal show equipment......i.e.
Helicopter illusion..... full equipment with recordings (simply hire a
crane at the back of the dealership in the evening) and all effects required to
create this illusion.
Car inside exploding shipping crate.....with
car hydraulic 13amp plug lift, lights and recordings. (two of these complete
self contained effects have been built and the second unit is available by
negotiation being housed in a modern trailer box)
Light show car launch.
All 'in a case' with one press button fully pre
programmed set of 16 dmx scanners in large flight case. Everything works to
music, lights on truss surround one, two or three cars and the silk curtains
drop at the finale of the light show.
Other effects.
Such as drive through wall, drive through fog,
silk cloth lift, appear on stage and others all have music. Most of these all
carry an 'extra charge' and require just a little initiative on the reveal. Sub
contract effects such as flying car, illusion appear all have a margin while
you simply watch (and learn) from the contractor.
Even a complete 'millionaire show set' with
images to screens via laptop (questions about cars) while audience see
questions on screen and contestants view the stage monitors. All under millionaire style programmed
intelligent lighting sweeps with all the recordings and a contact for Chris
Tarrant Look-Alike to run this show
Huge sky light in flight case (always hired for
outside showroom), fireworks (again every dealer has a firework ending),
firework storage container, helicopter arrival flares and more and more......
